If you notice a charge or hold on your account but your order didn’t go through, it doesn’t necessarily mean the payment has been processed. Sometimes banks or card issuers place a temporary hold on funds equal to the order amount to verify that sufficient funds are available. These holds may appear as “pending,” “authorized,” or “on hold,” but no actual charge has occurred yet. Once the transaction is completed or canceled, the hold will be released, and the funds will become available again.
If you do not see a pending or authorized hold and are concerned that you may have been charged despite an incomplete order, it’s best to contact your bank or card issuer directly. We cannot control how banks or card issuers handle failed or pending transactions, but we can provide supporting information to help you resolve any questions.
If you haven’t received an order confirmation email within five minutes of placing your order, it may be due to an incorrect email address or an incomplete order. If you suspect your order didn’t go through, please contact us through the website’s contact form so we can assist you.
For customers using Apple Pay, be aware that a separate account may automatically be created using the email address, billing, and shipping information associated with your Apple Pay account. We are unable to merge separate accounts, so please keep this in mind for future purchases.
Changes to orders, such as adding, modifying, or canceling items, are allowed within three hours of placing the order through the order status page. After this window, it may be more difficult to make adjustments, but you can still contact us via the contact form and provide your order number. Please allow up to five business days for a response. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to accommodate the request.
To limit bulk purchases and prevent unauthorized reselling, we have set a maximum order value of $300 per customer per day. If your cart exceeds this limit, you will receive a notification and will be unable to complete checkout. Each product also has its own purchase limit, determined by inventory availability and demand, allowing customers to buy the maximum quantity every 30 days. Order limits may change at any time based on stock levels and other factors.
